Just look, it is Thursday again!! How did that happen?? I have been so busy that the days seem to just blend!! I have to tell you that each morning when I sit down to write this blog it brings my day into perspective. Last night as I sat and set up the new give-a-way and ended the other one I was really 'thoughtful' about how lucky I am. I am now doing something that I love and am able to help others, for this I am most thankful to my mother. She taught me at about age 5 to bead... from there I have been perfecting my skills and learning many other crafts throughout the years. BUT, my first love has always been beading!! With that being said, here I go.......

This is another one from my studio. This great netted necklace can work for any season, but would really work great for fall!

This is a BLACK and WHITE necklace that I am attempting. I am not sure if this will work the way I am hoping, but I will work on it until it doesn't work!! :) Come on over and watch the creation grow on my Fan Page or Google+ page throughout the day !!

Today I would like show off the creations of a friend and fellow beader; LillyBeadsDesigns. She sent me this great bracelet - just for me - as a 'just becasue' gift. I have to say that it was just a wonderful surprise... and the bracelet....beautiful!! She has just opened a new shop on Etsy, so make sure you go over and see some of her creations! Today is another beautiful day in the making!! I was able to get some beading done yesterday and I just love the response I got from my current creation! (go see on my Fan Page or Google+ page for more info). I was able to list a new item.... what do you think about this one??

Today's featured artist is - flakyfriends (plush with issues)! Yes, this little guy caught my eye and I just had to go explore this great studio! After making her first plushy for her daughter out of desperation (she couldn't find the purple horse her daughter wanted) she was given 'sad smiles' by her family..... now all her fun and fantastic creations are 'ok'd' by her daughters before they are sold!! I think they are wonderful! I have my own personal Monster (my 7 year old son) and I think this is him.... or my interpretation of him. He is wonderful, but just a little different!! You really have to go check out her studio... I am sure you will find something that will make you smile! And remember, always support handmade, if you can.
