0 What's New Wednesday 7/9/14 (Waving Flag, BIG SALES and Blended Treasures)

WOW, Wednesday! Today I am off an running beading already.  I am getting some earrings ready to take up to BlendedTreasuresJax to put out on my table today.  I have designed about 15 pairs - all different!! I'll show them all to you later!! :)  

I should also finish my flag and be able to pull the colors today for the new project...I have an idea for that one!! 

I have already listed my Waving Flag Pattern if you are interested.... and remember, right now everything is on sale!!

I will be finishing it today and sending it off to it's home.  As sad - sometimes - as it is to see my designs go, I am always excited about seeing the reaction when they make it to their new home!! 2 Traditional Thursday 5/29/14 (Monster, Pink and Purple Bracelet and a Little Girl)

So, the other day I showed you photos of my kids, and today I want to show off again!! First thing yesterday my son had his end of the year Awards Ceremony.  It was also 'dress like a geek' day!  I know, kind of a strange thing to combine, but in the end it was so much fun!!  Monster goes to a SMALL private school that is full of loving and helpful teachers.  Here are a couple of photos of him - as he won a MOST IMPROVED READER award!!  I am so very proud of him!  

Starting this year (in 3rd grade) his reading and writing skills were barely at kindergarten level!  Now he is firmly at a 2nd grade level and after some more practice will be at level!  I just can't tell you how much this school, and the people in it, have helped my Monster grow as a Reader, but also in his pride, self esteem and strength!  THANK YOU.  (If anyone wants to know the name of his school, please message or email me, for security reasons I don't want to put their name with his). 

I have two - well, three - things to show off today!  First there is this bracelet that I kept forgetting to do photos of.  You watched it being made, and here it is!!

And then there are these Hair Sticks.  I will be listing them and taking them up to BlendedTreasuresJax later today, but if you want them now, let me know!!  They are $14.00 per set plus $1.50 shipping!!

4 Making Monday 5/12/14 (Bead Soup, Roses and a Jelly Fish)

Talk about a weekend....WOW!!  Last week we (hubby and I) celebrated our legal wedding anniversary (we celebrate when we actually got married at a church in a formal wedding) and Mothers Day.  But, hubby thought that since it has been 15 years he needed to mark it.  SO, I was SURPRISED with 15 long stem roses!!!  And then for Mothers Day I was given another dozen yellow Roses with beautiful red 'fringe'.  Just look at them....

0 Thoughtful Thursday 2/12/14 (PRIDE, Valentines Day and Classes)

Today I am not really in a Thoughtful mood, but I am actually excited about looking forward!!  I have finished one project, am starting a new project and working on a custom ordered design for another project.... whooo hooo! I just can't tell you how wonderful today will be!

2 Manic Monday 2/3/14 (Red and White, Just for Fun and morgansilk)

It might be a Monday, but I don't really think it is MANIC!! I am actually calm, prepared and relaxed.....really, is it MONDAY?? Today I will be beading and just watching this custom order come into completion.

Today's newest listing is one of those unique ones.  I found this center at a local craft store and have had 'setting aside' for a while.  I am not really sure why I chose the red and white beads, but in person they really seem to bring out the colors in the center!  Click on the photo to see some more information about this 3 piece set!
