3 Wonderful Wednesday 11/16/11

Oh my goodness, yesterday was a day.  

I picked up my mom-in-law at the airport, finally got my truck back (after being worked on for 6 days) and went to Chuck E. Cheese's for a school fundraising evening.  As you can see I was a bit busy!  Most of the 'running around' was done before Monster got home from school, so it wasn't too bad.  

Monster and I have been having a 'love / hate' relationship lately, so when our evening went so well, I was very happy.  He also got his report card last week, as well,  and I am so very proud of him.  Although homework is always an issue with him sleeping like he does,  it really has gotten better.  I think that he is starting to get into the 'school grove finally!  Here is the ID that Monster made for himself at Chuck E. Today's freatured studio is SweetLoveCandles.  I'll tell you, with two kids - Aleecia and Antwan - I am not sure how Ms. Chetwan gets anything done, but just look at these candles!  I am not sure I would be able to NOT eat them!  They must smell as wonderful as they look!  Please go check out her studio and remember, buy handmade, it is a great way to support other artist!!

5 Wonderful Wednesday

So yesterday was spent - some - with the beadwork, but it seems that the housework took over again!  How did THAT happen?  Isn't my obsession supposed to come first?  :~)  Oh well, I did manage to get this new set done.  What do you think???  I just love how the flowers seem to be 'inside' the beads.  Just click on the photo to see more photos and the listing for it in my ArtFire Studio.

Well, Wednesday is here!  

Yesterday was supposed to be spent with my beads, instead is was spent getting Monster's hair cut and his 'first day' of school outfit.  BOYS are so much easier than girls at this age when it comes to cloths!!  Picking out an outfit took less time than the hair cut!!!

So, here is the NEW Monster!
