Taken Thursday

Today I have to start off by telling you what I received in the mail....my dear friend and fellow beader, Ms. Charis at bluesharkdiva sent me my custom ordered necklace.  After long discussion we came up with the perfect color scheme and shape.  I had already won one of her wonderful rings - a while back - and so we matched the colors and design with that....

and here is what she came up with...

and then I also just had to order something for my AYE....so here is a mirror/jewelry hanger that was also designed by bluesharkdiva....

All I can say is BEAUTIFUL!!!  I just love her work and can't wait to wear it out - maybe even on my next date night with my husband.  You can find her at:

And now for my featured artist....another wire worker, but Mr. Sal is a talented WIRE SCULPTOR!  I just love these beautiful trees that he has done.    Growing up in Northern California I saw many trees that were wind swept and looked like they had their own personality to them....these are right their with them.  The beauty and uniqueness that I see in each of Sal Villano's work is just remarkable.  Please check out this wonderful artist, MARK him for the future and let him know where you heard of him.

1 Memory Monday

So, my weekend was WONDERFUL!!  This was a weekend full of Memories!  I woke up Saturday morning to being featured in a collection (see post below) and then yesterday, another collection and this morning....yet another one!!  I just can't tell everyone how flattered and honored I am every time I see that someone has put me in a collection.  AMAZING!!!!!

I got involved with this wonderful blogger lamp-unto-my-feet.com.  Her, and her families, story is so wonderful to read about... Trying to find find balance between being a mom of 2 children - ages 15 and 11, military spouse, homeschool teacher..... through it all she give great advice/information, great recipes and still has time to make me laugh!!!  She is running a give-a-way of one of my sets, and I would love to have you all to gain entries for this contest.....Please go check it out....

Then there is just one more piece of news....I know that I have been telling you about my kraftymaxdestash studio....well, so far it has been a wonderful success!! I already have 19 sales and well over 2,000 views!!  I tried over the weekend to list lots and lots, but on Sunday my camera died and I was unable to finish.  Still, with over 29 items currently in the studio I hope to have more soon!!  Thank you to all of you that checked it out.

1 Fabulous Friday

This Friday is truly FABULOUS!  Yesterday I received in the mail my prize from "Blue Shark Diva" aka... ♥ Charis Lyons Ramsey ♥ and boy is it FABULOUS!!!  I happened to be drawn as a 
LUCKY fan (LUCKY ME)!  She asked me what I wanted and I told her I love fall colors and Copper...here is what I got!

 

All I can say is OH MY!!!!  I just love it...it is big, bold and FABULOUS!!  

The attention to detail shows in every step...there are no 'ruff' or 'sharp' spots in the ring.  It is not only held on by the wonderful copper wire, but the wire also runs through the star as well!  I can't wait to wear it 'out'!!!  Thank you so much for making my day / week / month with this FABULOUS one of a kind "Blue Shark Diva" aka... ♥ Charis Lyons Ramsey ♥  designs!  Check out some of these other views and more of her designs....
