2 Traditional Thursday 2/12/15 (Alhambra Theatre, Vinatage Rose and Jennifer)

I almost forgot to show you what I did last weekend!!  My mom-in-law and I went to the Alhambra Theatre to see Buddy Holly.  And let me tell you, this might have been one of the best shows I have seen there!!  We go a couple of times per year - usually for one birthday or another - and there is ALWAYS good food and a great show.  BUT THIS ONE.....was AMAZING!!  I have to tell you that although I am only in my mid 40's I was raised on music that is a little before my time and for me, this was a step to the past.  I knew every word to every song!!  It was a wonderful evening and I can't wait to go to the next one....I think we'll be seeing On Golden Pond next.....oh my!! :)

Yep, I have another new creation for today!! This one is very Vintage looking and one of those that just speaks 'class'.!!

0 What's New Wednesday 10/8/14 (Man of La Mancha, 2014 GIft Guide and Heather's Lou Who)

 

 What's New?  Well, life keeps 'spicing' things up for me!  What was supposed to be a quiet day yesterday turned into anything but!!!  BUT, it was still a great day!! Last night my mom-in-law took me to see Man of la mancha!  What a great show!! We were also lucky to sit across from a great young couple that made our meal and experience even better!! The food, company and the show.....wonderful!! If you live anywhere near the Alhambra Dinner Theater in Jacksonville I encourage you too, it is an amazing experience!!

Yesterday I was honored to introduce you to Ms. Heather Stanger of Heather's Lou Who.  I hope that all of you have time to look over her sites!! I have say that I feel very lucky to get to know this wonderful artist.  Her creations are not only terrific to look at, but they are all upcyling things and giving them a new life!!

Her interview is full of FUN and you can simply see how happy she is just in the way that she writes!! Here is a little 'quip' form her interview that I just had to pass on.....

Let's get real! I am a working Mom of two...three if you count the Hubby, the maid, homework tutor, taxi driver, cook, nurse.... Not only is there NO time for simple things like shaving my legs, it would be impossible to keep up with a storefront and fully functioning website SO, I utilize the same outlets lots of other Crafters use...FACEBOOK!

You add in that she hand sands all of her creations and her 'rough' edges look like they are perfect!!

Although this is a mix of her creations I just love it!! I can't find one thing in this photo that I would put in my home, give as a gift or show off on my porch!!  Remember to check out her site, it will be so worth your time!! :)

0 What's New Wednesday 4/23/14 (Alhambra Dinner Theater, PARTY and Lilly Beads Designs)

Last night I was able to go to the Alhambra Dinner Theater again with my mom-in-law.  The show was AMAZING, the food was just as WONDERFUL and the company.... the BEST!!  If you have a dinner theater in your town I urge you to go.  I know that we are very lucky to have the Alhambra here, and the staff and owner is simply the best there is.  But for everyone else, getting out for a evening of culture and entertainment is something I think everyone should do. 

And today is the day!! YEP, tonight is the first (hopefully of many) Krafty Max Spring On-Line Party!!!  I am so very excited!! There will be reveals of new creations, prizes (not all jewelry) and games!!!  So come on over if you want/can....you don't have to be there for the WHOLE party, just drop by and say HI!!

0 Fascinating Friday 3/7/14 (Alhambra Dinner Theatre, Prima Beads Give-A-Way and Blogiversary)

Oh my goodness.  What a night I had!!  I was able to go to the Alhambra Dinner Theatre with my mom-in-law.  And boy did we have fun!! We saw I ought to be in Pictures Starring Richard Karn from Home Improvement. 

Dinner was AMAZING!!  The show WONDERFUL and then after the show we were able to actually meet Richard Karn!!!!  What  a fun evening!!

Many of you already know that I am participating in the 8th Annual Bead Soup Blog Party, but there was a little bit of a delay with getting the partners all up and ready, so I just found out who my partner was!  Out of 400+ people I was partnered with someone I have worked with before.....and who's work I soooo very love!!  I am so excited to be partnered with Kimis Jewelry and Gifts!!!!  Over the years we have inspired each other in our creations and I can't wait to do it again!!  Keep watching, I'll show you when I receive my soup and then n the reveal date I'll let you see what I made with it!! :)
