4 Traditional Thursday 11/20/14 (PURPLE is the color, Pink Shell and Kapipal Campaign)

Here in Florida it is COLD!! Yep, COLD!! I have to tell you that normally it is 60-70 here and this morning it is 27 degrees!!! For me it isn't to bad, I grew up where it was cold in winter, but for the kids.....they are FLORIDA BABIES!! With as many layers as they have on you'd think it was 10 degrees outside!!

Today's color is PURPLE!!  I know that so many of my customers/fans love purple, so my studio is full of them!! Remember, if you use code:  FreeEarringsNov when you order you'll receive a free pair of #earrings too!! :)

4 Thoughtful Thursday 4/3/14 (Purple DRAGONFLY, Give-a-Way and a Spring Flower)

What a day yesterday was!!!  I was able to talk to one of my 'rabid' supporters and what fun!!  It is strange, for many of us we sit behind our computer and learn about our supports/fans and they learn about us, but we rarely get to actually find out who they are!  Putting the voice and personality to someone just makes so much of a difference!!  For me, it was great, she was just like I expected - and she said the same about me!  We chatted about life, our past and it was like we had known each other for years!  I sometimes forget that by 'putting my life out there' that everyone can see it.  I am not embarrassed or worried, it is just a very surreal feeling to know that although I am rarely 'out in public' I am known by the 'public'!  :)

And like I have been doing over this week, I would like to show you what today will be changing to next week....

And once again I would like to say THANK YOU to Trina Clark for all her wonderful (and patient) work with me on the new designs and logos...her artwork is just AMAZING!! 

 

Today is the day.....for what??  I will be finishing my DRAGONFLY.....YEP!!  And perfect timing!  I can wear it to my show this Saturday!  I am so excited....just some more of the strap, and then the 'BLING'....yep, SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS and hopefully.... LOTS of them!! 0 Thoughtful Thursday 3/27/14 (Please More Shares, Prima Beads, a Turtle and MemoriesNthyme)

Yesterday my drive was slowed....it was very hard to keep my spirits up with the contest coming in the way it did yesterday, but so much has happened since then.  The #1 entry has an issue with some of the votes and about 300 of her votes (it doesn't really matter what happened) were taken back - at her own request.  This whole issue also had the 2nd place entry questioning the contest, so she decided to withdrawal from the competition.  Now, don't get me wrong, I want to win - VERY BADLY - however, I want to win because of YOU - my fans/friends/followers and family.  I would like to get the most votes and to have a wonderful advertising package for my studio.  But, no matter what happens until tomorrow night I would like to say that I am humbled and honored to have so many wonderful fans/friends/followers and family that would gain me so many votes!!

Yes, I have a new listing today....a soft and BEAUTIFUL one!!  What do you think?? 

So, yesterday I was able to finish a project and start a new one!!  First the finished one....yes, I was going to sell it, however, my daughter saw it....so, it is hers!! Having a teenager who loves jewelry in the home of a beader... not a really good idea!?!?!  But, I'd like to show it off to you before she gets it!!!

So then I was able to start a new project - a Turtle!!  Yes, it is from Wings-n-Scales - I just love her creations (if you want to see the Cabochon I bought from her you can see it here - Past Post).  Here is where I started and how far I got yesterday, but if you want to come over and to my Fan Page or Google+ page throughout the day you can watch it grow!!

So, do you want to see what else I have made???  Well, here is another set!  Tomorrow I'll show off the last set, and it is a very different set than I usually make.  But, for today.... here you go....

Today's featured artist is; MemoriesNthyme.  This amazing artist not only supports herself with her art, but also home schools her children....wow!!  These wonderful heating pads can warm you on a cold night or help take out the 'hurt' out of your body!!  I just love all the colors, styles and themes she has in her studio - there are literately page after page of great creations....did I mention the candles yet?  You'll have to go check this studio out to see for yourself, but remember, always support handmade artist if you can!

0 Thoughtful Thursday 3/20/14 (Ms. Siena, Blues and Gold and jojolarue)

Today I am going to be working on about 4 projects at once!!  I am working on the current project - the 'blues' bracelet, my new entry into the Fire Mountain Gems seed bead contest, my Prima Blog Team project and also a custom order... so, it will be 'a little bit here' and 'a little bit there'!!  But don't worry, I'll show it all off in due time!!!

This creation has gotten a lot of attention... and I think it should have!!  I just love the handmade pendant and the color is just simply amazing!!  It is not red, not orange - kind of coral... but even that isn't perfect!!  I did a 'little something' extra on the strap...just thought it needed it!  What do you think?

Today's featured artist is; jojolarue.  This wonderful water color artist has another side to her - she has a Grandmother's Stash too!!  She has many things from her grandmother that she has listed too.  But the real draw for me....her beautiful artwork!  I have to tell you that I am often not impressed with watercolors - they seem to lack detail - but these...exact opposite!  I am so very impressed with the detail and beauty of these pieces of art.  Please go check out this great studio and remember to always support handmade artists!!
