2 Talented Tuesday 1/13/15 (Maria Made It, Skulls Necklace and a Skunk!)

Finally I am wearing down from the party!!  But, I am already excited about the give-a-way, some other things upcoming....so, the beads are flying!!! ;) Today I am spending the day catching up on the laundry - in-between the beads - and maybe vacuuming...maybe!!!

If you need some great ideas for dinner - to use up left overs - this is a great one!! We started making this a few months ago!!  Chicken - or whatever meat - Pot Pie!!  It is easy.  Take left overs of meat, rice (if you want), Frozen Veggies (any type of 'steamed' brand or flavor) and a couple cans of 'cream of ____ soup' (or you can use gravy mix).  Put it all in a bowl....mix. Put a pie shell on the bottom of a pie dish (or other dish) and (spray with PAM first) then add mix.  cover with another pie shell.  COOK at 350 for about 30 minutes (everything is already cooked, it just needs to be warmed). DONE....great meal, great way to use left overs and everyone is happy!!

Here is our dinner last night!!

This might have Skulls on it, but it is a 'soft' looking necklace, don't you think?

Have you been watching??  This little 'skunk' should be done tonight...I hope...and then you'll see what it turns into! Come over to my Fan Page, Google+ Page, or my Instagram Page  were I post 'working' photos throughout the day!!

Today's featured artist is: Maria Bateson, owner and designer for Maria Made It.  When this amazing self taught jewelry design started her business when her son was small it was quickly easy to see that her love for Silver made her creations exceptional.  I have to say that I have worked a little with metal jewelry making...it is hard!!  There are so many things happening at the same times!  So when I saw these exceptional creations....I was blown away!!

Her talent for taking hand-prints, paw prints and footprints and turning them into customized jewelry is beyond exceptional!!  And recently she was also published in the Oct Beads and Beyond Magazine (in the 'inbox' section).

Come back tomorrow and read about her techniques, her designs and see more of her creations....for now, check out her sites and look at these beautiful pieces of wearable art!
