4 Frivolous Friday 8/22/14 (Mickie & Minnie, Teal Necklace Set and Fall Crow)

Well, it is Friday, ISN'T IT?  YES, it sure is!! This has been one of those REALLY LONG and REALLY SHORT weeks!! But it is almost over!! Next week I get to do it all again with Monster!!  But, because he is a boy ( I think that is why) he is so much easier to deal with the 'back to school' stuff.  He doesn't really care what he wears or what he is bringing....he just wants to see his friends!!

Yesterday I told you that is was our anniversary, well, even though we aren't doing anything to celebrate for a couple of weeks, my hubby surprised me!!

With ROSES!!!

And then our daughter gave us this amazing art creation....have I told you what a great artist she is??

I feel so very lucky to have an amazing hubby, loving and wonderful kids and be able to to create something I love for a living!!

This one may not be new, but it has been marked down a little!!  Just look at what you get...the necklace AND the earrings!!

Here is my fall Crow (or black bird) bracelet!  So many of you have said you really like the way this one looks...whoo hooo.  For me that is such a big compliment!  I am not sure if you all realize that I not only BEAD the pattern, but I also DESIGN it myself too!!  YEP! So, it is truly a one-of-a-kind! Please come on over to my Fan Page or Google+ page, I post 'working photos' throughout the day!

Remember if you are / or you know someone who makes handmade creations, please fill out the Featured Artist Interview.  It is 'free' press for you and I get to show off more handmade creations!!  You do NOT have to have a shop or sell, I just love showing off other peoples creations!! Simply send me and email or check out the NOTES section of my Fan Page and you can find the simple interview questions!! max@kraftymax.com

Today I would like to leave you with this thought;

  1. Good Morning Marci! Those are beautiful Roses that your hubby surprised you with. Your daughter is definitely an artist, beautiful work and a wonderful tribute to you and your hubby. I raised 3 boy so I can definitely tell you that boys are much easier to please when it comes to getting ready for school. Mine only cared that they clothes fit as they were all tall and skinny, other they that,.....give them jeans and a nice pullover and they were satisfied. Now buying shoes for them was a little more of a problem as they had long narrow feet, so we went to several shoes stores before finding any that weren't too wide on their feet.
    I love your designs and am always amazed at how they turn out. I know where your daughter gets her talent from.

    1. Thank you as always for your amazing support and comments.

      I only wish my daughter learned to draw by my hand...I can't even make a good stick figure!! My parents, however, are both very great artists and her Great Grandmother was an award winning painter!!!

      Thank you again!! ~KM
