I have been so TAKEN with some of the things I have found on ArtFire I actually have a list of items that are going to be features. I think my most relaxing time - other than beading - is looking around for the many many many handmade items I like. This morning I am so very torn that I am actually going to feature two totally different artists.
First is the wonderful work of Barbara and Michael from Clegg Farm Creations. Together they re-claim many old pieces of wood and such to make these beautiful Birdhouses, Butterfly houses and Bird Feeders. The hardest part was trying to figure out which one I liked the best to feature today. I had narrowed it down to two, but this one - Primitive Birdhouse Estate Green Doors Rustic Country Folk Art won out. I also know that my dear friend Kris will love it!!
Please go check out their wonderful studio and
remember to MARK them for the future....
Next we have a forestblue. Having lived in Poland and now Holland it is easy to see where she gets her inspiration. Making her own toys as a child she has a great view of the natural way of things. This little Bunny is made wholly from Merino Wool and is just as cute as he can be. Please go read about this wonderful artist and check out some of her other beautiful animals.
Please don't forget to MARK her studio for the future and let her know where you heard about her.
Have a wonderful Thursday and don't forget to be
TAKEN by something or someone special today. ~KM
