Today I would like to throw a Tantrum. I have been shopping lately for
our holiday gifts, and boy, what an experience. I know that this is the
season is for giving, but it sure doesn't seem like people are feeling
that way. Everyone seems to be short on money, temper and patience.
There are always going to be those who 'cut' in line or try to 'cheat'
to get a better deal, but the people I am talking about are the GRINCH'S
of the season.
Somehow people - as a whole - don't like to talk to other people
anymore. I have been in so many lines where just a casual comment or a
'hello' gets responded to like I am 'breaking into their bubble' of
space.
I am finding it harder and harder to 'love thy neighbor' when my
neighbors give me dirty looks in line. I am just wondering what would
make all these people so unhappy when there is so much joy in the
world? Just thinking about how lucky we are - even if we are broke -
and how wonderful our lives are in the United States......I just don't
understand why we have to be rude to each other too!
For me, even on my bad days my are met with smiles and sunshine, so
remember, when you are in line or in a crowd...say or do something nice
to a stranger - you never know what that will do for THEIR day.

Today's featured artist is; KevsKrafts.
This amazing artist is much like many of us that had a life of raising
kids and keeping up with the family, and then took to crafts. His dad
started him with a skill saw when he was young and once he pulled it out
of storage again it took on a life of its own. And now with family and
friend encouraging him, he has made these amazing creations for us to
buy. Remember, always support handmade artist when you can!

Today I want to leave you with this thought;
Judge people from where they stand, not from where you stand.
