4 Wonderful Wednesday 8/22/12

Life seems to move at it's own pace here!  It is strange how quickly we have gotten back into the routine of school days.  Getting everyone up, dressed, breakfast on the table, lunches made and then 'on the road'.  Only the 3rd day into the school year and life is right back to where it was 3 months ago!!  

Our afternoons seem to be just the same, kids get home, get a snack, do homework then chores.....

It is strange to me how much our lives are full of routine!  I never really noticed it before, but it seems to 'rule' our lives!

2 Marvelous Monday

What a fabulous weekend.... my BEADING MOJO is back!!  YA HOOOO!  I spent the weekend beading and relaxing.... it was a GREAT weekend!!  I made Taco's on Saturday night and boy, did we eat our fill.  Here are the fixings....

Then I also finished 2 custom orders, but I can't show you them yet... they are gifts... so until they have made it to their final home I can't spoil the surprise! 

I was also able to start on another creation.  This necklace will have 6 tubes of beadweaving when it is  finished.  Here are the first 2 tubes... yes, it will be Sunset colors.... I think it is going GREAT!!

Here is what I am listing today in my studio....  I am back to trying to have a new listing each day.  I'll try!  I just love the one - it is so very elegant and delicate.  If you go to my ArtFire studio you'll see the other photos I took of it, including the one with the Dime - just to show you the size of this bracelet.

 Today's featured artist is HeartJCreations.  This FIREFIGHTER, yes, that is what she does by day - is an amazing artist by night!  Having created her own natural body care products for over 12 years it is simply amazing that she can also come up with these beautiful 'Tree of Life Agates'.  You simple have to go see what she is all about.

And here is my ending thought for today, remember to LOVE those you are with.  Sometimes we get into a RUT and forget to say 'I LOVE YOU' and give that last hug or kiss right before the start of the day.... don't forget!  ~KM
