6 What's New Wednesday 5/28/14 (Sisterhood of the Taveling Books, a Collection and 40% off)

So, it is Wednesday already....really??  WOW!  OK, this is the only thing WRONG with a Monday Holiday....I am loosing track of the rest of the week!  Do you get that way?  The 'little' things set your routine all out of whack?? But, I will catch up....I hope!  If not, there is always NEXT week, right?

Last week I started talking about the  Sisterhood of the Traveling Books.  I am so proud and excited to be a part of this amazing opportunity.  Basically we are assigned groups, I am in group #5, and then assigned the order of who will read the book when!  I not only am the luckiest one - I got the book first - but I am very proud of my 'sisters'.  They include my mother, my mom-in-law, my best friend and another dear friend!!  What a great bunch of sisters!!  And the book.....oh my!!! 

As you can see, I even set aside my beadwork to read for a bit!! 

This book is just wonderful.  I know that I have talked a lot about Lisa Wingate and her amazing writing skills, but this is another one that has touched my heart.  I am not sure why, but it has!  When I read her books I find that it is so easy to be 'in the moment' with the characters and live their life.  But, I had better get reading, I have to send this one on in a few days to the next 'sister' in my group....but don't worry, I'll be buying it (and probably giving one away) once it actually comes out.

In the mean time, there is a great on-line book due out in a few days, just to help you get hooked on it....and you will....I sure did!! :)

0 Making Monday 4/21/14 (A PARTY, a New Pink Project and a PINK Creation)

It's MAKING MONDAY.  Oh, and I am MAKING!!  I just can't show you, YET!!  Good Morning, my excitement is getting the better of me this morning!  I have been working - on the fly - on some amazing new creations!  But, you'll have to wait until the party to see them!! They will be debuted during the party - with special pricing for party goers!  Let's see, so far I have, BLUE, PINK, GREEN, PURPLE, RED, and that is just to start!!  I even have some new designs....oh, I can't wait!!  I hope you are all coming.  If you aren't, just ask someone you know (including me) to invite you.  All you need to do is be a 'friend' of someone on Face Book in order for them to invite you....mark your calenders, it is 4/23/14 from 4-7 pm (EST).

And today, I get to start something NEW..... whoooo hooooo! I know that it is spring (for most of us) so I thought I would work on something PINK.....just wait until you see what I plan for this (I hope)!!  Want to watch me make it?? Come on over on my Fan Page or Google+ page!

2 Wacky Wednesday 8/28/13

This week is shaping up to be a "BIG" one!!  I get to show off more from my Prima Blog Team monthly creations!  I will be showing off a NEW listing and where I was able to make it to yesterday on my Red and Grey necklace......a great day!!!

Here is more of the 'making' of this months Kumihimo creation.  The ribbon in this one just 'glows'!!  Tomorrow I'll get show off the first of the 'finished' creations... I think they turned out amazing!!

This is a bracelet that I made as a custom order, however, things fell through, so it is now up for sale.  I like the simplicity of it!!  What do you think??
