Well, it is a WACKY day indeed!! I have been having all types of computer issues this morning.....my gremlins are at it again!! But, I am here now and ready to 'show off' more creations!! First I'll show you the Prima Beads earrings that I made to go with the necklace from yesterday (http://kraftymax.blogspot.com/2013/07/tantalizing-tuesday-71613.html).
First thing I did was layout the design (on left). Then I used an eye pin to put it all together (on right).
Then I added more Swarovski Crystals to head pins and turned them - again, the 'rule of odd' - notice that there are THREE dangles.
Once they are turned I attached them to the bottom. If you notice I attach almost everything with jump rings. Why? Because it give them much more 'movement' when they are dangling. If you are not sure, try it on your own. Put 3 eye pins directly on something and then attach 3 with rings....you'll see!!!
So, here is the finished creation, what do you think??? Remember, these will go into the auction for the American Red Cross (starting sometime in the next week or so). So, if you like these creations make sure you come back and bid!!
Do you like the hints/tutorials? Would you like me to do more of them? Maybe 1-2 days of the week to teach stitch's and beaded creations?
