Today, as I get up and turn on the news, my first thought is to all those in Boston and their families. I hope that this is the end and that everyone else is safe. For those of you that may not know, I am a NEWS JUNKY! I am not obsessed, but close! I love to listen to the news. Most of the time I just 'tune it out', but I do listen. When I was in corporate America I was in the 'know' and part of the Chamber and Planning committees of the city I live in. Now that I work from home it means a lot to me to be able to 'know' what is going on. So as you might imagine I have the news on - just as background noise. I am NOT one of those that gets depressed or worried about the news, I just like to be the first to 'know'! And I know that I am not the only one.
And now, back to MY reality! Yesterday I had such a great day! I spent the day beading, shipping out my orders and getting my 'little girl' listed....to me, a great day!

Today's featured artist is: spatzrosinoriginals. I have to say, that I don't usually feature jewelry artists, but this family is simply AMAZING! For over 30 years they have been creating as a family and it shows! I just love these 'little people'. There are a few crafts that I have always wanted to try - wire work is one of them - but this takes wirework to a whole new level! You really have to go look through their studio - there are MANY wonderful creations to look at. And remember, to always support handmade artists - we all do it because we love it!!

Today I would like to leave you with this thought;
Buy ladders, extension cords and garden hoses longer than you think you'll need them!
