1 Weekend Re-Post

Weekend Re-Post from 8/8/11

 Marvelous Monday

What a weekend it was!

First, let me tell you about shopping with two girls,

in the mall, for hours....

Yep, it was fun!!!

And yes, that IS me!!

But then they stopped at Build-A-Bear and made these cute little one's,

so it couldn't have been that bad, right??

I showed you the first 26 rows of my Owl Bag on Fabulous Friday post, so I thought I show you some more rows.  I am NOT done yet, I have to wait on my BEAD order from Fire Mountain Gems to get here today, and then I should be able to finish in the next couple of days!  But remember, each row has 30 beads that are only about 2mm each.

 Row 44

 Row 53

 Row 65

 Row 72

Front is finished and now working on the back!!

When this gets done it will have over 6,000 beads in the body of the bag!

And here is my new listing for today, I just love this one, so FUN!

Today I found this FUN artist - ArtbyLucie.  Her studio is full of fun and amazing pieces of art.  Some are very whimsical and fun and some are very detailed and lifelike.  She is a lifetime artist who had developed her talent over many years.  Please go check out her studio and remember to tell her where you heard about her!

Here are my HOPS for today ~

On this Monday I would like everyone to write a note - just a little one - to someone they love.  It can be a post card, note card or even a 'full fledged' letter - but it HAS TO BE in your own hand.  NOT typed!  Just try it, you might like it!  Enjoy your Monday! ~KM

  1. Your bead work is amazing!! I can imagine shopping with two girls, lol! I have one boy and sometimes have to peel him out of the toy section. When we bring his little cousin along, it's like herding cats!
