2 Terrific Tuesday

What a TERRIFIC weekend we had.  The festival was great, the weather for all 3 days was a bit hot, but very wonderful!  And Memorial Day was perfect!  Here are some photos from my booth!

And then I found out that I was included in this beautiful collection!!!

And then, there is this beautiful 'bead soup' I was sent by Bobbie at beadsongjewelry.  The challenge was

Your soup must contain a focal bead or element of some kind, seed beads, and some coordinating accent beads. You do not need to include clasps, findings, needles or thread. A note to all: please make sure that you are sending out a soup that you yourself would like to receive, we want to be sure each person is pleased with what they get!!

The focal bead or element is the only piece of your soup that you MUST use. You can replace or add to your soup from your own stash at will.

So, here is a look at the 'soup' I was sent.
Isn't that a FUN bunch to work with?  Well, tomorrow I will be able to post photos of my finished pieces - I did a Necklace, Bracelet and earrings.  I have to say, I think that are AMAZING, so you'll have to come back tomorrow to check them out!!

For today's feature I found this wonderful artist from TheMudPlace.  With a love and passion for pottery throughout her life, she, like many of us found that the 'business' end of doing your passion full times makes is very hard to enjoy!  After some times is has come back to her love and just look at what she creates!  This is a Soup and Sandwich set that is just amazing!!  Please go check her out and let her know where you found out about her!

  2. Wow, what a great booth set up you got there! I like the long tables on top, really added some height and kept things well organized. Glad the weather was nice too! :]
