2 Memory Monday

OH my, is it Monday already?  How does this keep happening?  I look up and it is Monday - of the NEXT week!!!  Can it really be the 12th of JULY already?  Is it only me, or has this year gone by even faster than the last?  I thought time was supposed to SLOW down when you got older.....I guess I just haven't
gotten OLD ENOUGH!!! :)
Well, I guess I'll just have to face it...it is Memory Monday!!!

Any this Monday I have a wonderful artist and lady to 'show off'!!!  First I am going to start by telling you that I have been on the 'lookout' for a hand made purse that was done in DRAGONFLIES (you that know me know I LOVE dragonflies).

So, as I found this wonderful artist - through a previous purchase of her work, I thought I would ask her if she had any dragonfly material.....she quickly told me she didn't, but that she would look for some from her vendors.....and it started!!!!   Here is the fabric she found....

Love it!!!  Had to have it!!  So, what started out as a WISH for a hand crafted purse has turned into a whole collection!!  I LOVE IT!!!  I know have a matching: VBQ purse (that has lots of pockets inside for all my 'things', a note keeper, a business card case for both my regular business cards and also for my post cards, a coupon organizer and a  VBQ wallet!!!!!  All I can say is YA HOOOOOOO!  This photo is off all but one of the items in it and it is a MUCH better photo than the one I took with all my 'junk' in it!!

So, on this Memory Monday, I would like to give VaBeachQuilter a HUGE shout out and tell her how much I just LOVE my purse...I find myself looking at it ALL the time!!!  ALL I can say is WOW and THANK YOU!!

You can find her at ANY of these links...

Please check her out and make sure you LIKE, FOLLOW and Post a comment.....Enjoy your Memory Monday and make some wonderful memories today!  ~KM

  1. Good morning Krafty :-)

I love dragonflies too, especially since I learned they eat mosquitoes! That fabric is lovely and I would love to purchase some, even though I'm not a seamstress, I'd find something to make out of...it's simply adorable and that ensemble is just beautiful!
